At Heart of Texas Custom Homes we build dream homes. We do not have numerous floor plans to select from because we work with every client to design the floor plan to suit them, and the plans belong to the client. We will build anything from 1,200 square feet to 10,000 square feet. We meet with every client to find out exactly what your dream home will be. Our clients are always welcome to review the plans of houses we have previously built, as well as plans that our designer has on file, in order to get ideas for their own plans. Our designer will draw a preliminary set of plans based on your ideas and we will meet with you to discuss and make changes until the floor plan meets your needs. Once everyone agrees, the changes are incorporated into the final set of plans, and the process moves forward. Heart of Texas Custom Homes does not build two houses alike. Even our spec houses have a custom design, look, and feel to them. |
